Polypropylene Electrostatic Air Filters & Pre-Filters
This electrostatic air filter is made of 2 layers of fine mesh electrostatic filter material and 2 layers of heavy net electrostatic guard fabric. It is enclosed in a lipped aluminum frame. This filter contains over twice as much electrostatic filter material as other 3/8" electrostatic filters. The lipped aluminum channel has rounded edges so it won't split like sharp edged channel. All corners are hammered for firmer grip on the filter media and to eliminate sharp corners. The frame is hand closed which causes it to grip the filter media with more firmness. These unique innovations make a more rigid and durable electrostatic filter that performs better and lasts longer. This electrostatic air filter will out-perform other electrostatic filters and metal mesh filters. It will capture more particulates, it is easier to clean because the filter media individual strands are rounded with no sharp edges, and since polypropylene has better shape memory, this filter won't wrinkle or stretch like some metal mesh filters. The polypropylene electrostatic filter media in these filters will not flake off and disappear like some metal mesh filters and they don't fill up with lint debris that won't clean out. They will look and perform as well after many cleanings as they do when new. Because of the electrostatic properties of this filter, and because of the way it is constructed, it will perform more efficiently and will reduce the snapping and popping of electronic air cleaners.
This electrostatic air filter is made of 2 plys of fine mesh electrostatic filter material, which is encapsulated by 2 plys of heavy net electrostatic guard fabric and enclosed in a lipped aluminum frame. This electrostatic air filter will out-perform other manufacturer's standard duty air filters of both metal mesh and electrostatic materials. It's 2 plys of heavy net electrostatic guard fabric make it a very rugged and durable filter and it's inner 2 plys of finer mesh electrostatic filter media make it a very efficient filter. The lipped aluminum channel is hand closed and all corners are hammered giving the channel firmer grip on the filter media for more rigidity and greater durability. This is a GOOD FILTER for your toughest filtering jobs and will perform well in low, medium or high air volume applications.
